As a member of our admin team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining schedules, coordinating with clients and teams, and providing administrative support to management. We have grown over 45% last year, and expect to grow over 35% each year for the next 3 years, and we will be hiring a new team every couple of months!


About the role

*MUST BE BILINGUAL in KOREAN & ENGLISH 

Admin, customer support

Responding to emails/calls and transferring to appropriate teams

General customer service duties

Scheduling/updating works and allocating to the appropriate teams

Record keeping and data entry/General filing

Basic bookkeeping and invoicing (XERO)

Ad-hoc duties as requested

*After hours inc weekends for attending messages and email is a part of the role, we need to be connected with our clients at all times when needed.


1-2 days work from home

APPLICANT MUST BE A FLUENT IN KOREAN  AND A FLUENT IN ENGLISH WRITING/SPEAKING BOTH.
